Born in Rome on the 11th June 1986.
Classical education and graduation cum laude in 2005.
In 2007 he participated as oralist of the Italian Team to the Jessup International Moot Court Competition, representing Italy.
In 2008, he was an assistant coach to the Roma Tre team in the Jessup International Moot Court Competition.
In 2008, as part of the Socrates / Erasmus program, he attended for a semester the Universidad del Pais Vasco in 2008, distinguishing himself with notes of merit.
In 2010 he concluded his law degree with a score of 110/110 cum laude. His thesis in public international law, European Union law and international criminal law, on "Member State liability for internationally wrongful acts of International Organizations ", written entirely in English , was judged by the Board to be of particular value.
2016: He concluded his PhD in EU comparative law, between the University of Roma Tre, Lund University (Sweden) and the Universidad de Murcia, presenting a thesis, written partly in English, entitled "Profiles of family law in the private international law of the European Union".
2016: He took part in the course on "Family and Human Rights" held by the Association of Lawyers of Rome together with the Superior Council of Magistracy.
2012: He participated in the intensive preparation course for the examination of advocacy - Jus & Law in 2016.
2011/2012: He participated in the twenty-first training course for the examination of advocacy at the Institute Arturo Jemolo.
2010/2011: He obtained with honors the Master of Homeland Security at the Università Campus Bio-Medico di Roma.
Co-founder in 2015 of the law firm Martignetti and Romano.
Since 2013 he is a lawyer of the Roman BAR association.
From 2010 to 2015 he worked for the law firm Martignetti-Professional Association.
He developed a particular interest in the following areas and matters: family law, civil law, private international law, European Union law, damages, medical liability, debt, home ownership law.
2016: He has played a primary role in the organization and teaching of the newborn ECHR legal clinic at the University of Roma Tre, being as well part of the examination board.
2008 to present: He has constantly helped in the organization and teaching of EU law at the University of Roma Tre to undergraduate students, taking as well part in the examination board.
2009-2012: He helped in the organization and teaching of European Judicial Systems course, taking as well part in the examination board.
2016 to present: He joined the board AFEC - Forensic Association Emilio Conte.
2013 to present: He is a founding member of the Committee Balduina.
2014: Tutor in the intensive preparation course for the examination of advocacy - European Forum.
2013: He collaborated with the online newspaper Daily Word Italy.
2012: Internship at the Council of Europe - MONEYVAL, as a legal professional.
2011: Stage ENEL crisis management unit, personally drafting the first Homeland Security manual.
He works indifferently either in Italian and English.
He has gained over the years a deep knowledge, oral and written, in French and Spanish.
